This year an elf joined our family for the month of December.  He watched over the kids and reported back to Santa each night.  In the morning it was fun for everyone to look for him and see where he landed for the day!

Apparently her dreams all came true on Christmas day!

Xmas Tree

I love going to get the Christmas tree every year. This year we had great weather and chose a beautiful tree.

And he's 9!

We had a great time celebrating birthday #9 for my big boy. His big celebration happened at 3rd Street Pizza with pizza and a movie. Of course with that many boys in one little theatre, you never know how crazy it can get! I did have to stop the tackling in the isle so that I didn't have to send anyone's parents a text that I was taking their son to the emergency room, but everyone had fun, especially the birthday boy!
