The Rest of May

Although this has been a very wet month, we did have some warm days. We went to the park and baseball games and started our garden. The boys showed off their matching missing front tooth (1 each). I am looking forward to the start of summer and some warmer weather.

We officially have a 10 month old walker

Well, she's gone from a few steps just a week ago to walking across the room. It's official, she's our earliest walker. Must be those brothers that she has to keep up with all the time!

Another Tooth Gone

The boys worked and worked to have D's tooth come out. D actually wanted O to pull it and gave him lots of chances to do it. We had so much fun cheering them on. In the end, I had to give it the final tug, so that it wouldn't fall out while he slept and got lost or swallowed. It was so exciting to have D lose his front tooth, but sad at the same time. He is growing up so much and will never have that little boy look again as his big teeth start to come in.

Baseball Begins...

We are having so much fun with the start of what I am sure will be many years of watching baseball. The boys are so cute in the uniforms! Every game there is something new and entertaining to watch as they start to learn the rules and how to play together. This will be a great season!

My Kiddos

Really? The stroller is getting a little heavy.

My favorite time of the day is going to check on the kiddos right before bed. They are so peaceful and sweet. On nonschool nights the boys get to sleep in the same room. Trouble is they like to play usually until we have to come in and separate them.
Look mom, no hands! And K took her first step on May 2nd-exactly 10 months old.
Everyone in D's class got to take home Monito the monkey for a visit. We took him on a bike ride.
What is this green stuff? I think I will stay on the pavement.

Right after I took this picture of the kids in K's crib, D came sprinting in to tell me that O needed me. When I walked in the room all I could see was feet and legs sticking out of K's laundry basket. A little boy had fallen in face first and was stuck. Luckily he didn't get hurt, just scared, and I had to keep from cracking up too much.

Always one of my favorite moments of any day, when my sweet baby is asleep on me.

Elevator Project

I just love the projects that D makes at home. This was an elevator that actually worked by pulling on a string to move the stuffed animal up and down. He is incredibly creative!
